Secret(or Bug) On The Island Of The Abondoned Tower?

Hello. I was playing Wynn and doing random stuff, and i came across the Abandoned Tower near Cinfras. There is an Armour Merchant (according to Wynntils) on or under the island but it only says Armour when i hover over it with my cursor. Is this a bug or did i just find something?

Ps: I checked the Official Wynncraft Map online and it is there too!

 

There does seem to be a chest under that island with armour merchant stuff,
Must be part of a scrapped gavel quest

 

Honestly... There might... Do you know a way there into the cave? Or you can only get there by glitching out? (also please make this a discovery this is honestly really cool)

 

It is possibly related to the scrapped quest ”the two towers” (idk if thats exactly what it was called) and it was problary also an easter egg/ joke about lord of the rings.
