Tool Seaskipper's Price Chart (help Needed)

So yesterday I had the idea to make a chart for the prices of every single island the Seaskipper had to offer and the prices for each island. It only took me 1 hour to complete, but for now, it only contains the prices for each location and a draft of a function I would like to be introduced.

The function would be: Choose your location, then choose destination, then it would calculate the best price for the trip AND the island to pass through.

For example, I am at Nemract and I want to go to Llevigar.
If you take the path Nemract --> Llevigar, it cost 42 emeralds.
If you take the path Nemract --> Selchar --> Llevigar, it cost 12 + 24 emeralds, so 36 emeralds, which is cheaper.

Here is the draft of the chart, I would like someone to send back the download when it is functionnal and has esthetics (I'm not asking a lot by this, just basic color and less messy)

Ok, for all of those that say it already has been done, they are half right. Sure the enitre grid already has been done multiple times, but I want to add a function in the chart that allow to tell you the path which cost the less emeralds. I know it's possible with Excel, I am just a noob at it.

The 2 best things I ever did with that was a cashing maching for a math homework a few years ago and a Pokémon chart to know what was the approximative chance of capturing a Pokémon...
