    I dont have a picture of it, but on the seaskipper theres a stone button on the front(?) of the boat, right in front of the NPC.

    If you press the button, it breaks. But to my knowledge, does not do anything.

    Anyone know it's purpose?

    You see that it's made out of stone? It may be dernic stone, that Bob has stepped on before. This means that the Sea Skipper is made out of Bob, because he has stepped on the stone.
