Sayleros’ ashes quest item bug

    Ok so I was organizing my inventory and I dumbed some items on the ground, then i accidentally clicked on the sayloros’ brothers ashes quest item and it allowed the items I dumped to go back into my inventory. I then closed my inventory thinking the ashes would come back to my inv but there was nothing and the ashes seemed to be deleted. What should I do
