Community Event save scooby barriel from sociopaths who plan on nuking it

I am a hard working trade market user who lives in the center of Detlas and only exit the barriel to collect profit from the trade and gathering new scrap. One day I discovered that the organizers had this perfect idea:
THEY WHERE GOING TO MAKE A HUGE HOLE
and thought it was a good idea to make it right where I live. I have not been informed of this whatsoever and on top of that they completely ruined the view that was the reason I moved here in the first place.

The organizers seem to have some kind of urge of digging holes and could instead of making one in the center of the city, perhaps try and locate the closest sandbox to fulfill their needs.

We need to stop this by singing the scooby doo song until the tyrants surrender
