Sandy Scandal Quest Vault Isn't Working

    Hi! I've gotten stuck on the Sandy Scandal quest, in the part where we open the TNT vault. I'm inputting the correct code (bottom left, bottom middle, top left, top middle), but I'm not getting any confirmation messages and the vault isn't working. I've tried relogging, going to a different world, using /kill, and waiting for a few hours. This hasn't happened on any of my previous playthroughs of the quest.

    UPDATE: 1 day after the problem started and it still isn't working, so I don't think it's a waiting thing.
