    Did you get a message in chat about the trail of gold? If not go back to the last house where the gold trail starts and walk around a little until it tells you that there's a trail of gold on the ground.

    Other problem might be... Did you already go in once and then died/failed? You might have to go directly to the hole in the bank that's in the back of it

    if you already went in that portal and did the parkour, you have to go to a different one in the back of the bank
