Sandy Scandal Broken?

I started Sandy Scandal and went to the house. The cut scene for the witness report started but nothing appeared and i was stuck . I /kill-ed myself several times to see if reentering would fix the quest but it didn't help. And now i cant get a bank in Almuj. What should I do to fix this?

I did some searching and it seems like a bunch of other people had this problem. QA Aarontti says that the issue should be fixed now, since you already tried /kill a bunch of times maybe try logging back in again to see if the problem is solved.

Hey there! As of late, there was an issue with certain scripts within the game, causing issues such as this. However, they should be fixed now, allowing you to progress through the quest as usual. In case you're stuck, doing /kill with 6 or more soul points, swapping servers and redoing the section should work. As for the already lost items, you won't get a refund, as is stated on the information threads of this section. Moving thread to resolved issues.?
