Explanation : The number of emeralds you get from selling to an item buyer depends on its level ( if in-ided ) and there is a range for each level, the emeralds gained in that range are random. If you are selling ided items, the price depends on the stars of ids, the more stars, the higher price you will get.
3. Having a pet spawns doesn't give any benefits or harm when in combat
Explanation : Pets can block your arrows ( if you are archer )
4. Xp bonus stacks does not stack with xp armour
Explanation: they stack
5. Cosmic armour is the highest possible xp bonus build
Explanation: no
6. Invite me to party and ill afk for xp.
Explanation: you still get xp but no from mobs spawned by totem

3, varies from levels, if you get extremely good id you will earn money. I remember a few times ending with less emeralds after id'ing and selling, without set items.

this is wrong, the official statement about the totem's function is oversimplified for the player base to understand, the actual mechanic is that the totem spawn the number of mobs when placed for x amount of seconds, explained by selvut in game

please do not deceive the public when you're the one being deceived

 

I remember placing a totem in freezing heights with all golems killed and it still spawns as fast as usual, happened a few times

 

3- My experience is that I tend to do better than break even when I ID all items then sell them.

The price paid by the item buyer seems to be a function of level, tier and ID and probably a random number generator.

I've sold multiples of the same item at the same time and higher IDs do give more, but there is a lot of variability despite having similarly good IDs.

False, tested. Killed all the mobs and placed a totem and guess what? Pretty small amount of mobs spawned in.

Gathered and placed a totem and the place is filled with mobs.

Tested on herb cave, TOL, dCave and Ice place.

After killing lured mobs; still more than no lured mobs

 

Luring / gathering does work in my experience as you can lead mobs somewhere they normally can't spawn and the totem will spawn more of them. So it bases spawns on the mobs in the area, not potential spawns.
