    So I was just goofing around with the new website and decided to see if the items got updated to (they did) .
    So I searched for all neclases and found out that there are 4 legendary ones that all require you to have done the wynn excavation site D quest. I think that 1 of those neclases is the reward (probably a random one).

    I'm betting you need to trade in the Royal Token of Gratitude at Cinfras as there's an accessory merchant there. It'll probably be a similar sort of deal as the Corrupted Treasure where you chose what one you get.
