SPOILER Royal Token Of Gratitude

I believe I have found the use of the Royal Token Of Gratitude that you get in the WynnExcavation Site D quest. Here is my theory: In the Item Guide, you can find five different legendary necklaces with the name "Royal Amulet". They are for level 75 and require you to have completed the WynnExcavation Site D quest.

So it seems obvious that you can choose one of these five amulets in exchange for your Royal Token Of Gratitude. The next question is, where is the merchant? I only found one Accessory Merchant on the whole map, and that one is in Cinfras:

However, precious items like this would probably not be sold in the middle of a busy town market. They have to be sold in some mysterious, prestigious place only accessible by the worthy. My bet is that he hides somewhere in Aldorei Valley, but we'll probably find out soon that I was wrong, as @SeanThomas2 already told me! I may be just dumb, but what is this "item guide"?

 

5 amulets, 5 elements. possibly a "pick your build" or path situation

Go to https://wynncraft.com/help and click on "Item Guide". Then you can select "All Necklaces" and look at those Royal Amulets, among other necklaces.

 

on the old website (official) if you go to the "help" there is a place where you can look up the names and stats of items.
the website was updated- thus so was the item guide.
