rollback inventory and levels

Hi,

First of all, I don't know if this thread should be place in this topic but I didn't find any place elsewhere on the forum, sorry if I just missed it.

So, yesterday I was grinding with some friends and I reached level 32, I'm sure of it because that made me unlock "Twain's Arc" ability and I tested it on my friends, I had drop a leather cap that was better of my golden cap so i equipped it and I did the Time Lost Sanctuary dungeon 2x times.

The problem starts when I logged in today, lvl 29 (with the ability points gone), in Detlas when I logged of at the Time Lost Sanctuary, old gold cap equipped and dungeon drop lost (and got my old inventory, I don't know what did I had exactly but I know that I have a previous state of my inventory) and with that my bank rollbacked too (again I know what I stored in there, for exemple, yesterday I drop a tier III emeraled bag that I stored in my bank and it's not there anymore, it's not the organization that I made yesterday, etc...), in conclusion I think I just got rollbacked and I don't know what to do (I can easily grind back the levels but if I can get my advancement taht I made yesterday back, I would appreciate that, if it's not possible then nevermind).

Edit: I will just grind it back, but if we can tell me why this happened, that would be greate.
