Buying Rings And Braclets!

I am looking for some rings and bracelets that have either Water, or Earth damage buffs, life steal, massive spell bonuses, or add on's to skill points (would show up as +3 Dexterity etc.)

I am willing to trade in any area around Gavel before the Canyons of the Lost (I really don't want to go back there for awhile... Lol). So that leaves Cinfras, Llevingar etc.
