riftbender mage build specifically for level 100

I need a build that is available for level 100 due to me just reaching it and a lot of threads have items from 100+ and therefore making them unusable. Pretty much open to anything

I like this riftbender build for basic utility like questing etc, it has low teleport cost for spamming teleports, no fall damage and item magnet.
