Power, but at what cost?

that's the stat of the new reward... but unless you're that. oh look i just want to be fancy guy. then this.... is way too.... annoying. you have to be lvl 99 . unless ??? ranks you up to that from 80. it's not worth it. the stats? It forces you to balance the skill points. 200 skill points is max because of 100 lvl. and not including some armor stats. you're basically giving up. 225 Skill Points. for crappy stats. if completing it gives you extra skill points. worth it. if it gives you LOTS of Emeralds. worth it. but this isn't.

You can find it in their 3-4 chests lmao

 

Actually, unless they changed it with the Gameplay Update, it's not. Pandemonium was acquired normally, and only required the completion of ??? to use.
The previous reward for ??? was the necklace "Altum Spatium," and likely has changed with this update.

 

This isn't a new reward it's been out pre game play update.

Thats like Prism,it requires completing "The Realm of Light" to use it,and its not the reward from the quest,same with Pandemonium.

 

This was in the game before 1.14.1

Also: Have your seen the weapons requiring the quest "The Lost"? Yeah those have the requirement, but are dropped loke any old item would (unless update changed that)

The necklace wasn't changes but requires the completion of ??? to use so people currently can't use it.

 

sorry if i did not clarify. but what i mean is if you want to use this. you must do ???. which counts as a award.

 

but you don't get it from the quest, you get the permission to use it from the quest so it isn't the item itself that is the reward

 

Pandemonium means confusion/uproar.

 

Same with Mountain Spirit and Lost Soul
