Returning To Wynncraft

I haven't been on in well .... My biggest concern is why VIP town is gone...What is the blue rank...!
Why do I have to identify my stuff ?I noticed a new spawn :) What are the new classes (alternatives for current) What is gavel, and Why do I only have 22% of quests done?!?! Why is the ocean all huge now...the last thing I say was the addition of that endearment island and the pirate
Ship thing. please help!!! There's so much I've missed!!! Also what's with the new nether Wizard Fortress game?!?!

Whoa... You've really been gone for a while, haven't you?
Alright, so while you've been away, there's been a fair few updates. I'll just answer the questions in this thread:
VIP town was demolished a few years ago, the ruins are still on the map. Blue rank is VIP+. Identifying stuff now gives a permanent set of different aspects, but that's only for any item above store bought. Alternative classes are Dark wizard, knight, ninja & hunter (I think.) Gavel is a new province of magic rather than corruption, & features 50 new quests. Ocean had a big update with islands. As for wizard fortress... well, that was a failed attempt for a minigame a while back.

Damn. You missing 2 - 3 years in Wynncraft is like someone missing 2 - 3 millennia in the real world.

Check the update history on the wiki and start from which update you remember. Once you know all the basics, head over here and ask some questions. Mythics! Revamped Stat system? Elements correspond to each stat? Fire - Def! Earth - Str! Thunder - Dex! Water - Int! Air - Agi! Powders dont work? Update that will Revamp it in the future!

I just cannot believe how much you have missed. It makes me realize just how massive Wynncraft has become. You must be pretty overwhelmed.

I also suggest starting a new class and playing Wynncraft as if you were a new player. Wynncraft has changed so much (in a good way) that you should pretty much just treat as if it was a new game entirely.

Jk, I don't really like competitions anyway.

 

Ok so

1. VIP Town was removed due to EULA, EULA was recently enforced to make sure servers don't overcharge players to get op gear/advantages

2. The blue rank is VIP+ you can upgrade to VIP+ for 25$ if you already have a VIP rank (which you do)

3. You need to ID all your stuff so they match up with the new current item system

4. The new classes for VIP/+ are reskins: Knight = Warrior/ Hunter = Archer/ Dark Wizard = Mage / Ninja = Assassin.

5. Gavel is an entire new province that is 3 times bigger than Wynn but 3 times as more dangerous with the new mob system being that some mobs will be fast some will run away if damage ect. But it is recommended to be level 40/+ to enter

6. The ocean got expanded for some reason... Maybe to add extra content to the game as in more quests. And the enderman Island is long gone.

7. The nether is a PVP style of game where you can fight players to the death, but not loosing any soul points. You can enter the nether via lobby or in-game via the roots of corruption. And Wizard Fortress was also a PVP game/capture the flag, where you could pick up upgraded elemental wands to attack players with and take their flag, but sadly not alot of people played it so it was removed

And to answer any other questions.... There is going to another update which will add a story line to both wynn and gavel and powders will also be returning. And no we do not know the current state or release date of the update. Also your old emeralds are still worth the same.

I understand the nether, but I enjoyed how when i triple clicked to charge, I could kill anyone ;-;
Also about VIP town, I've been aware about the EULA for quite sometime now, but I heard wynncraft removed it 2 years ago. EULA was released then, but not enforced until this may. That confuzzled me why Wynncraft complied so early

 

Most servers complied early because no one had any idea when they will enforce it.
