Returning Player Wanting To Reach The End-game

So I've played Wynncraft a few times over the years. And now with the 1.20 announcement I've decided to come back to the game. And I've noticed that I don't know what to do a lot of the time. (I am a level 105 mage btw)

So I've got a lootbonus set for lootruns. But in a lot of posts they say you need loot quality. I've got no clue how to get that. And when i do my lootruns. They really aren't that profiable if i sell my items to the blacksmith. So I thought I should sell my legendaries and stuff on the community market. But they don't sell. So or they are worth nothing or im overpricing them. I've got no clue how to price them so ya. Help?

Are there any other good ways of getting money/items. Because idk if killing enemies is any good (and idk where i should grind).

Are the professions worth doing anything with? Like is there a point you can make money with them or is it just so you can craft items? Because I would imagine other people would also be able to craft those things. So why should I?

Also I joined a guild but ive got no clue whats next. What am I supposed to do? I can imagine that is a hard question to answer but ya.

Also does anyone have suggestions for builds. Something I can work towards. Cuz I've met people that do so much more damage than me its not even funny. Is that because my class sucks or do i just need to grind for better gear.

Lootrunning is the best one.
Don't take gear, unless they are legendary/accessories/have chance of being sold for money. Emerald, ingredients and powders (T4) can give you good amount of money

Professions are MASSIVE grind, although if you reach lv. 103+ you might get some money of it. It is generally not recommended.

Now? Nothing. In 1.20 it will get more interesting.

Depends on your class and preferred playstyle.

 

If you lootrun try to join the Lootrunners Guild Discord (for less lr sniping)

 

For lootrunning you need to learn what items to take and leave. legendaries are oversaturated and often won't sell well with few exceptions. a lot of rares and uniques can go for a bit with good rolls. check out the lootrunner's discord for info and help
You can get lq gear only through crafting, so buy some off the tm (don't go for the 250 dura stuff or your bank will tank)

 

What's wrong with 250 dura? Does scrap cost increase drastically?

Well, you have a warrior and a mage, arguably the two least damaging classes in the game, but some of the strongest tanks. So, you'll probably never match other classes in damage, but you can get solid damage for your self, and have good survivability

 

Do you like paying 1 stx per piece?

Really? I found lq gear at 250 dura for 2-5 LE

Archer can reach some of the best damages possible, and shaman can reach insane damage too. Assassin is also good, but usually uses a heavy melee style. Personally I would go archer

 

Well, just so you know, mage and warrior aren't bad either. You can get pretty nice damage out of them. They are the least damaging classes, but not impotent.

 

What lq was it tho?

 

7-8% on jewelry. 9-10% costs up to 10 LE, but that's much lower than 1 stack per piece. Jewlery doesn't give loot bonus though, but that's easy enough to get.

 

Those are probably catarite ones. I’m talking about 250 dura armour pieces without dura enhancers
