Buying a Return To Ether, following given Identifications are MINIMUM, anways the Identifications:

- +2 Tier Attack Speed -
- +2/4s Mana regen -
- +30% Xp Bonus -
- +15% Walk Speed -
- +8% Spell Damage -

Note/Rule: if you have some stats that do not meet a requirement, I will ignore you're post, since I want the RtE with the exact or higher stats given above,

Also you may have noticed I said "and Stuff" which means I want more stuff but for now, I'm focusing the RtE Strongly.​
