    What are the odds of getting a 3 star material, (like gold, birch, wheat, Ect) And does the tool's durability effect it? I'm trying to get 3 star materials for a weapon but I can't get a second 3 star ore. Is there a reason why I may not be able to get it.

    There is a 1/100 chance of getting a t3 mat iirc

    Tool durability will only affect it when the dura is 0 otherwise no diff
    Also it may take quite a while because not only is it a 1/100 chance, but also not every material refines successfully.
