Resource Pack Wont Work For The Life Of Me

    So i log into game and is says its downloading but it dosent like there is nothing is server resource packs or anything, I have completely uninstalled mc and reinstalled it, RESOURCE PACKS ARE ENABLED, i dont know how to fix this please help.

    Do you have a folder called server.resource.packs or server-resource-packs in your .minecraft folder? If not you will need to create one.
