Resource Pack Problem

I'm getting triggered from the spam text for a long time so I need an answer. I did what Salted said on the resource pack solutions but they didn't work. I deleted any Wynn-related packs and re-downloaded the pack again but does nothing. Now the only way to solve this is to download the Wynnpack and manually turn the thing on. Is there any other way to fix this?

After the pack downloads, it goes to the class meun but no change. After I go into the class it glitches a bit like how the armour skin changes in the old days then still no pack.

 

download the pack then and disable texture packs

 

I did but still spams the text.
