Resource Pack Issues

    I have been unable to download the resource pack. I've tried getting rid of files in the server-resource-pack folder. I've tried setting it to enabled/prompt but even when I click yes on prompt nothing happens. I tried completely reinstalling Minecraft but the new launcher doesn't work for me so I use Atlauncher. Atlauncher has worked fine in the past but for some reason, I am still unable to download the texture pack. I also tried using the old launcher but that didn't work either. pls help

    I've already tried that. I tried it on another server with a resource pack and it just gets stuck at making request 100%. I don't know how to fix it.

    Minecraft:
    to download the rescourcepack go to your server rescourcepacks older and change the filename extension to .zip
    then extract
