[resolved] Google Authenticator No Longer Works

Hi, I'm Red-Eyed Knight (IGN is RedEyedKnight), I'm currently using a throwaway account because I can't log in to my regular account (if necessary, I can confirm in-game that this is actually my account and not a fake). Today I as usual got logged, as per the 30-day thing, and tried to log in with the Google Authenticator app, only to find the app has updated and apparently reset. Now I need to scan a QR code to log in add my Wynncraft account so that it can generate a code, except there's no QR code for me to scan. I don't know what to do, please help.

Gonna tag @colin350 here because I think he's in charge of this kind of stuff.

Edit: I tried using back-up codes, which did not work. The problem seems to be that I am forced to use Two-Step Verification on an account that for whatever reason no longer on my Verifier app.

 

yikes, hopefully one of the admins can help u fix this issue
as long as u have proof and someones available i dont see why they wouldnt help

UPDATE: seeing as the 30-day period wasn't yet expired on my phone, I was able to log in there and manage Two-Step Verification. I took a screenshot of the QR code, sent it to my drive and scanned that to add my Forums account to Google Authenticator, so now the issue is resolved. Jesus Christ I'm sweating bullets right now
