    I Came Back After A Long Time Of Not Playing And I Feel Like Reseting My Character

    No. Right now, there's only a way to reset your skillpoints, and that's after a Lv25 quest. It's said that with the upcoming Gavel Update there'll be a way to reset a specific class, so hang tight 'til then.
