Reset Quest?

    I finished a quest(I didn't claim the reward i just did everything i needed to and went offline.) and came back to see that it was reset, but one of the npc's dialouge was stuck with the finished quest dialouge. I cant do the quest anymore and I want to know if there is a way to reset the quest manually

    what quest was it

    and there is no "reseting" quests or doing them again without going on a new class
