    Resource Pack? It seems like you are confused as to what the Beta is. The 2.1 beta release is a separate server that requires payment to access, in which the next update is tested.

    You access the beta by purchasing silverbull sub or hero/champion or you can purchase the Rekindled World bundle and get access to the beta server as for resource pack it's just the same way as the live server it automatically installs and applies it the first time you join assuming you agree to allow the game to install it
