Selling Request'n Help & Sell'n +174% Xp Set

I need help creating a mage build, I'm level 99.5.
I am also selling anything that does not go with a new build that I want to create based around PVE.

This includes each respective wand as you switch whenever you fight vs. switching the second you complete a dungeon.

I'm selling all of that ^
and more of my current set that is more PVE based but is not good and looking for replacements.
I'll only paste the links for pics:
Helmet Mainly for +30% earth and 20% fire damage
Chest plate Mainly for health and health regen since other than this I'm a glass cannon
Boots Still have XP bonus but mainly for MR and +24% Spell DMG
Wand Tons of WS, as well as lots of MR and Spell DMG, this is used constantly whereas the XP wand is for right before a dungeon is completed for a large XP boost
