Shaman/Skyseer Requesting Shaman Builds

I'm looking for a heavy spell shaman build for general use (raids, dungeons) I can use once I hit lv100. Have the following in mind right now.

16% exploding is too less for sveil to be effective...
u can replace second wind with physalis for more exploding in the price of ehp
you can use exploding tomes to increase exploding
