Hello people. Now this is a very serious request because I'm actually making this for a gift to my lifeguard coach.

Now, this photo is a chibi yelling.


And this is a photo of my lifeguard coach without his face cuz privacy


Could someone draw that chibi yelling, but to look like my lifeguard coach with the hat and swim pants?
Also finish the drawing by adding his legs too?
And keep the same face on the chibi except smiling

I need this done ASAP It's a present for him
