Render Distance

so I just want to confirm: is it normal to have a low render distance in WynnCraft while having in settings 32 chunks?

 

The render distance in your settings will only affect servers up to their specifically set render distance. Other than that only singleplayer worlds will be affected.
If you want to play with a higher render distance you can try using a mod like Bobby or Distant Horizons, which cache chunks you've previously loaded and increase your own personal render distance. Do note Bobby & Distant Horizons function differently, Bobby just caches chunks at full scale and Distant Horizons will cache them and display them as LOD.
