Relm Of Light Iv - Finding The Light

In Relm Of LIght IV i died after going through Gateway To Light and when i respawned it's gone. Relogging, Retracking, waiting nothing worked. Should i report it as a bug or am i missing something and can i somehow restart whole quest with a command or some other way?

 

You don't need the portal at the Guardian's roots (I assume that's what you're saying disappeared), you can just walk to the tree stump south of the Guardian, around (-1020, -4400) to get into the Realm of Light.
