The primary religion of Humans and Villagers in Wynncraft, mostly in Wynn, is bovemism. However, the buildings are sometimes referred to as CHURCHES, with some Necklaces having CROSSES, and a LOT a LOT a LOT of Christian imagery. Is wynncraft Christian??? I think that it shouldn't be so Christian, and have a different name instead of churches, which is a christian name

    Bovemist Synagogue???

I mean, given that pretty everyone in Wynncraft across multiple civilisations, species and time periods speaks fluent English, I don't think the name of religious buildings is the main immersion-breaker here.

Actually untrue. Most people from the past in wynn spoke ancient Wynnic, and ancient Gavellian for gavel, the elves still speak high gavellian, the Entamis tribesmen use another language, Garoth uses wynnic, other languages definitely are canon due to From the Mountains (thats not that important though), the Orcs have another language, Orcish or something, I believe most greenskins speak another language, the gerts might, and so on.
In modern day, I believe everyone speaks modern wynnic, and we hear it as english

Ancient Wynnic and Gavellian are literally just English with different character sets, what's your point.

Fair enough, I assumed they were called churches because normally it's better to use preexisting words rather than make up new ones. Church/Cathedral already are associated with a certain type of building, so it's easier to continue with that rather than make up something new.

A church is specifically for christian worship but alright. At least its internally selfconsistent, in the sense that if we assume Churches are Bovemism specific, there is no building for worship of another religion (i.e the dark cultists, the doguns, or the Elves worship of the Light), that is called a church. Maybe the cross is meant to represent a cow, with the spine, head, and two horns!
