Regards of Hopper in quest incident

I was doing "Beneath the Depths" to the part where I have to drop one block of emerald into the hopper, I open my inventory and right click to my pouch as always, but it didn't open the pouch, instead it just pick up the pouch, so I left click to drop it down to my inventory and reopen my inventory as I thought it is lagged, to my surprise, my pouch isnt there, I suspect it's either dropped into hopper or server trick me so I try reconnect the server several times and click the slot it should be but to not avail. It is most likely dropped into the hopper.

So I want to ask is there any way to retrieve my pouch? I reconise that the server has no policy of refund or similair in case of "destroyed item" to my understanding, but this incident seems to be happen with hopper which normally could be retreive with permission.

 

Wynncraft has a strict no-refund policy in regards to items, apologies.

Not sure where you got this idea from, though. Wynncraft has never done this.
