Regarding Set Bonuses

Do you have to wear the entire set to have the set bonus active or do you only need to wear only one in the set?

For example, a Jester Ring has 40% Loot Bonus and 40% XP Bonus, while the Jester Set gives -35% loot and xp. Do you have to wear only one Jester accessory to activate the set bonus, or wear all of it?

The jester-set is the only set I know so far which activates with just 1 item, all other require you to wear all pieces

 

Normally, you have to wear all the set pieces to activate the bonus. But the Jester set is special.

Beef, watch out for the Jester set, especially. @Abandonedbank posted this about the Jester pieces, yesterday. I was going to post about the stats with my Jester necklace, but I ran a search on "Jester" first, and Bank had already posted his thread. I don't know if you know about it. Apparently, if you don't need any more XP, or if you have accessories that offset the XP and Loot negatives, the Jester set is great. Otherwise, it kills XP and Loot.

All non-jester sets will give set bonuses at 2 set items or more, with the set bonus increasing as you wear more set items.

Some sets activate at two, (e.g Veekhats)
some at 1-4 (e.g Jester)
and the most at all 4.

Idk, the only two sets I have activate at 2.

But adventure for example needs all parts

 

No, you can see in the screenshot I have only 2 pieces and still get a set bonus. The set bonus becomes greater when you get 3 or 4.
