    I'm stuck in the part where I have to take the farmer to Dr. Picard, from there, when I go up the stairs, something happened, so he just keeps asking me:

    "are you getting my test subjects for me?"

    i can't progress in this quest now

    Walk around the upper floor a bit, a lot of quest require you to be in some place, standing to the side, etc. I'd try that and if not restart after using /kill Good quest tbh
