Recover the past - glitch icecicle

    Hello everyone, doing Recovcer The Past. I need to break the iclecicle so I can water Edwin's crops. The water starts running at first but then gets glitched and stops running. Switching servers or whatever doesn't work. I'm stuck in this part now.

    Its not really a glitch; its actually supposed to show that the water is not flowing down but you just need to go back to Edwin and he'll act like you watered his crops.
