Recourse Pack Not Loading Please Help.

Dear (whoever is reading this),

I got a problem. And look I’m not dumb and I already did all the steps on the website so don’t ask me to do those steps because I already did them. I’m not trying to be rude it’s just a reminder. Anyways I keep trying to enable the resource pack but it never loads. It asks me, I click yes, but it doesn’t load. It just stays the same. Also on my Minecraft file, in server resources, there isn’t a file called legacy. It was just random letters and numbers. I deleted it all so I can start over with my recourse packs. I relaunched, and put it to enabled, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried close to 30 times. I just want to play the game. I know how to do appdata and everything. Please give me a solution to this problem. I’ve been trying to fix this issue for 2 days now. what version are you using? try using 1.12.2 if you're not already using it.

try not to mess around with the server-resource-packs folder too much. but anyways try downloading the wynnpack here if you're using 1.12.2 and it still doesn't work.
