Reclaiming The House Orcs not displaying name tags?

Hello, I am currently trying to play through Reclaiming the House in Gavel. I had some issues with the first killing section, but after I relogged and tried again it worked. However, now that I've gotten past the mud disguise part, I cannot cut the ropes. The Orc's names and "!!" don't appear above their heads. They just have the grey "NPC" tag. Relogging, reselecting my class, /kill and returning all don't work. Any ideas? or is this a common bug?

 

Im having the same problem, you can get passed the first two by just waiting for them to jump away out of sight but im not sure on the third
- just found out how to do it without the names, 1st one wait 1-2 seconds, second wait 7-8 seconds and the 3rd wait 14-15 seconds
