    So I am doing the realm of light quest and it says to go to the coordinates (X:-1164 , Y:57 , Z:-6759) although that Z coordinate happens to be about 1000 blocks outside of the map, how exactly do I do this quest/where do I go for this portion of the quest.

    Did you done "taproot" and "finding the light" quests? If not, do them and then you will be able to enter the realm of light.
    Also in the area of the light realm there is a redish glass, stand there, the enterence will appear.

    You need to complete Taproot then Finding the Light so you can enter the Realm of Light which is where that quest NPC is located
