Realm Of Light 2 - Can't Find Lari

So I've come to the end of Realm of Light II - Taproot, and it says to talk to Lari outside the Taproot gate but I can't find her anywhere. I've checked guides so I know I'm in the right place but she just isn't showing up. I've tried /class, relogging, and leaving the area and coming back. If anyone had any other ideas it would be much appreciated, thanks!

 

have you tried going through the past light forest sequence again (started by going into the taproot)? your quest book seems to be on the right stage but if relogging and such doesn't work that might still fix it

 

I have the same issue except with some differences. I finished the quest once and talked to Lari again and it started the Taproot quest, I did all the steps for the quest and when she should have appeared at the taproot gate at the end she didn't. I've done this quest over and over again but got the same results.
