Really Need Help

I just became lecel 41 on my Knight and decided to do the "Heart of LLevigar quest. However, I'm currently stuck. I don't need any help, I've already completed the quest on my Mage, I've watched videoes of the quest and I have even looked it up on the wiki. I have done nothing wrong, at least what I can see, so I have no idea of what has happened. I'm at the part where I have just entered the sewers and talked to the Head Engineer. He says to go through the holes, but I can't. I't says I'm not permitted. But that's not the only thing. When I discovered I couldn't go continue with the quest I decided to leave the sewers, but I can't. It won't let me out. So, I can just do /kill, but nope. I loose two SP and en up exactly where I died with the text "You are not permitted to enter this area"



So I can't get out. My question is if this happens to everyone or just a few, or even just me.

EDIT: Seems like Llevigar is actually disabled for some reason. Just found out on this thred. Don't really need any help then. I should have searched a little better maybe...

 

Yes, this is currently happening to everyone. Llevigar cannot be teleported too, for unknown reasons. You can try to use a scroll to tp somewhere else, if you have one.

and a level 70 quest that sends you back to the first caravan in the beginner zone if you die.
