My first try of bringing a build together. I am currently lvl 88 (so I can't use e.g Memento yet) what do you guys think? What can or do I have to change? I am kind of unsure with this...

I didn't forget about this thread. I saw it but was working a lot yesterday. Now I can come back to it. So, you've got a glassy spell spam build, but you really don't need 15 mana regen. 8-12 mana regen is the sweet spot, then splash in a bunch of intelligence.

 

You can use 2 Chlorines(64 Unique ring) over 2 Raindrops for increased damage.
There's also a weapon called The Visionary's Vice(82 legendary weapon only from T3+ chests) that, when used in your build, increases your damage significantly.

This build is a good start. A couple things to note:

-If Chlorine is too hard to find, you can use Magical Loop from the Iboju Village Shop which takes 3 Turquoise Shards for each ring. After replacing Raindrop, you'll end up with at best 13 mana regen.

-Ley Lines is not that great in my opinion. Its only significant benefit is mana regen and it doesn't provide that much in terms of defensive stats, which can be patched up with the following (if you wish):

-Manna: If Visionary's Vice is too hard to find, you can use Manna from CSST (like 7 or 8 runs) which is level 89 (not too far off, although The Hidden City is broken right now, so who knows). Manna trades off some damage for 3/4mr and hpr, which frees up your pants and boots, which sort of are limiting your damage and defenses. Keep in mind that this weapon requires a high amount of strength. If you don't want to do CSST because that would dishonor your family, then...

-Dreamcloud: It lowers your damage by a rather small amount, but provides you with a good amount of elemental defense and higher mana regen.
