    but that does less damage and has less hp and a negative defense?

    the spirit of that build, not the actual link. I can't actually make that build better though. It is good at what it's good at. I can only make a completely different better build, not really improve that one.

    How is it abuse though? That's exactly how Gambler was meant to be used. Getting rid of negative defenses, but only if you have a good roll (gamble) on it.

    It doesn't have any requirements, which means it's technically not a rainbow slap to use it in builds that aren't rainbow-oriented.
    And there ARE drawbacks. You have to have a very good roll on it to even have all positive defenses and get some extra health. That's the point of that ring, to GAMBLE for good stats. You may get a really good one to use in many of your builds, or you may get a bad roll that will only ruin your defenses even more. Wynndata calculates all items with their maximum possible IDs, so it really seems overpowered there, but good luck actually identifying one with more than -100% defense in ALL elements.
