Archer/Hunter Help Rate my Torrential Tide build :D

The main issue I see is the low hp stats, but please let me know what you think.

Bracelet options:
"Double Vision" -> "Lightweight" MajorID, more walkspeed, lower hp
"Reminiscence" -> Even more mana regen
"Call to Concord" -> More hp + hpr

Skillpoints:
Id put the remainder into strength/defense. (Id say 50 def, 25 strength)

it seems far too glassy while doing too little damage. using the same tree you could get something like

has better ehp and similar damage which shows that your build could use improvement
