it's pretty solid for a main attack warrior at that level, but!

Since you're using a main attack build (not using spells much for damage), replacing Durum's Serenity will give you more skill points to play around with, which will make you more defensive. Also, don't invest spare skill points in str/dex. They scale badly, and just won't give as much of an advantage as def/agi as skills. While Pulsar has rainbow requirements, Durum's Serenity has just as big of an Intelligence requirement, so it will not help you there. If you run the Prison of Souls boss altar, you could switch your leggings to Shackles of the Beast, which would be an improvement.

Another thing is that your build has no health sustain (health regen, life steal), so you'll have to rely more on potions. You could also work on that a bit if you want to.

not quite enough to matter much imo, the ehp makes up for it against water dmg enemies

 

really?
in the new build i have a lot more elemental defense though
although less dps and spell damage

I'm still using the first build but quartron's eye instead of okit

 

at early levels, it just doesn't matter much at all. you should only worry about elemental weaknesses really
