    So recently I upgraded from Vip+ to Hero and it's been a few days now, but my rank on the forums hasn't updated? I went in game as well and did /forum to sync the rank and still nothing. I'd like to know if I'm doing something wrong on my end or who to contact about this small issue. Thank you!

    Yeah, the sync button is not working. My rank updated from vip+ to hero, but not from hero to champion.

    Happened to me, I tried in-game and the sync button, and it did not update. I did contact support on [email protected] and they updated it happily :)
