Rank Not Appearing On Forums

    I purchased the VIP+ rank during the Black Friday sale and it still is not appearing on the forums. I have done /forum dbleo and nothing is happening. And I mean nothing! No text appears, no error message or confirmation. Help!

    email [email protected] and provide the transaction ID and your forum username. They will get this sorted out! :)

    /forum is broken right now. I don't know when they plan on fixing it, but I'm a VIP+, and I can't change my forum rank to VIP+ so you're not the only one suffering from this. If you don't have the rank at all, then you'll have to email support.

    You can email support to update your forum rank to VIP+.
