well im positive bonus attack speed doesnt affect spell damage anymore...
so if you jsut remove the breezehands for like moon pools or smth u can get like 12k meteors with like melee dps

 

Wynndata doesn't calculate negative damage.

You wouldn't do 12k meteors in game like you would in Wynndata, because of the negative raw spell you'll do like 4k less damage AT BEST, and 8k meteors is pretty bad for an earth mage.

welp anyway i asked on the discord pretty much everyone agrees -raw dmg doesnt heal/reduce damage past 0
and only like neutral damage at that :/
so it should still do 12k meteors ree

 

I didn't say heal, I said it would reduce the damage by a lot, also don't tag admins.

 

well it'll only add neutral damage so it'll only reduce neutral damage
so the earth damage wont be affected

 

a friend of mine actually tesed this ingame, the damage indicators on wynn are extremely off
the meteor said it did maybe like 12k earth damage, while the meteor itself only took off 3k health on the mob, raw spell actually changes A LOT

which is why gaia is garbage now.....

still it shouldnt tho theoretically cuz raw spell is only +/- neutral damage before spell multiplier, but shouldnt do snything past 0 :/

 

that's kind of what I thought too but according to @Golfbawl he says that it affects more than just neutral damage, but im not quite sure what it does, if you want you can ask him
