2 arms parallel to each other = Dab

Not always tho... Sometimes it is a gesture added to the general pose.

Hey Emmie! I have a little feedback.

I strongly believe this piece would be further enhanced if parts of the creature did not exit the art-board boundary. Right now it looks great; the colors are vibrant and correlate well with one another, the pose is unique, the creature is gorgeously rendered and you definitely show imaginative juices flowing... and all of that would be complimented by having the entire wing and tuft of hair in the frame.

This is of course only my opinion and for all I know perhaps you intended to do it this way, but I'd love to see nothing exiting the frame next time (besides upper/lower body if that's what makes sense). Also - definitely try placing your characters in a unique background. Not too overwhelming, but also not too underwhelming. I'm not quite sure what the background is, which is not a "bad" thing by any means, though I'd love to know what the background is meant to be so I can piece together a story in my head. You're telling this story - make sure it conveys your message entirely!

Looking great, your imagination is brilliant in this!
