    No T6 Powders
    Only Water Powders
    8k+ Health
    No Negative Walk Speed

    and only water powders on a thunder/water wand especially when comboed with the no t6 powder req so u wouldnt get max curse anyway

    and whats even the point of "high water damage" if you want good heals just say so
